Inspection & Testing

EDAC Aero Rotating Components is committed to quality, as evidenced by our rigorous inspection and testing methods.

Many of our CMM's operate out of a climate controlled environment.

Additionally, we manufacture precision gages, some for general use as well as specialized gages dedicated to specific components. The gages are produced to exacting standards and are routinely calibrated periodically in accordance with our own internal "best practices" along with specific customer imposed requirements.

All EDAC Aero Rotating Components Quality and Inspection team members routinely receive new and "refresher" training to ensure of proper knowledge and methods in support of all required dimensional and quality procedures and standards.
